Location: San Antonio, Texas

Description: The CPS Northside Service Center Renovation project took an existing department store and converted it to a new multi level office and customer service building. To achieve this a total of 77 drilled shafts were needed to support the new floor loads. The shafts were all 18 inches in diameter and depths of 25 feet. 54 of these shafts were located inside the existing building and had to be drilled under clearances of 8’ 9” up to 17’ 6”.
